This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between pinbuff.com (“Website”) and any real or legal person who registers on the Website and/or purchases digital products (“User”). By accessing the Website, registering an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to all Users who create an account and receive services through the pinbuff.com Website.

No physical products are delivered.
All purchased game products include a replacement warranty of 1 to 48 hours. This period may be extended due to stock shortages or technical issues.
Game accounts may be second-hand and may contain existing progress.
Any sharing of products or access with third parties voids the warranty.
Purchased products may only be used on a single device and may not be shared across multiple devices.
Products cannot be used on GeForce Now or similar cloud gaming platforms.
Purchases made using coupon codes are non-refundable.
Product access links are provided one-time only. Re-access is not guaranteed except in extraordinary circumstances.
Intervention in accounts using balance top-ups, funds, or alternative payment methods is strictly prohibited.
Some products may include multiple access rights; each payment unit grants one access right.
For random game codes, only the price range is guaranteed. Owning the game already or dissatisfaction with the game does not qualify for a refund.
Loss of game progress or save files is the User’s responsibility. Only product replacement may be provided.
For shared-use products, each User must operate through their own profile. Any misuse outside provided instructions is the User’s responsibility.
By making a purchase, Users consent to receiving informational and commercial SMS messages to the phone number provided during checkout.
The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Each User may perform transactions only on their own behalf.
Account credentials must not be shared with third parties. pinbuff.com shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such sharing.
All products are digital and delivered via email or the Website user panel.
Delivered digital products are non-refundable.
All access credentials related to game accounts are provided to the User in full.
Delivery times may vary depending on product type and stock availability.
Payments are processed through secure virtual POS systems or approved payment providers.
User payment information is never stored on the system.
All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.
pinbuff.com is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by game developers or publishers due to violations of their rules.
Users are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions. Any issues arising after purchase due to misuse or misunderstanding are the User’s responsibility.
All content on the Website, including software, text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of pinbuff.com.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
pinbuff.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice.
Updated terms become effective as of the date they are published on the Website.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Anatolian Side / Kartal) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
